Given the nature of this service all refunds must be determined on a case-by-case basis. We provide a service that has a component of subjectivity and we will do everything we can to make sure we are able to satisfy our clients needs. All refunds will be given at the discretion of Enhancing Memories. Use of the Web Preview Gallery helps assure approval of all final images before we send them to our clients.

Once we receive a Request for Service, we will have our consultation and take your credit card information over the phone. Your credit card information will be stored securely and an email receipt will be sent each time new billing occurs. Customers will be billed after the services are preformed.
